High-quality black through-coloured ABS panels

Our plastic sheets made of black ABS plastic are absolutely opaque and fully coloured through, so that even the sawn and cut edges appear in deep black. The surfaces of our ABS sheets are smooth and protected on one side by protective film. Our ABS sheets are available in black in thicknesses from 1mm to 10mm.

The sheets have the high impact strength typical of ABS and are therefore ideally suited for the production of stable, impact-resistant mouldings and underlays.

Our cutting calculator calculates your personal conditions depending on format and quantity. Simply enter the quantities you require, the desired thicknesses and your desired dimensions in millimetres in the input mask. Your desired cut will be made on a modern CNC-controlled panel saw. The sawing tolerance of your blanks is only +/-1mm.

Processing of our ABS sheets in black

Our black ABS sheets can be processed excellently. They can be milled, glued, drilled, sawn or deep-drawn (vacuum formed) without any problems and are therefore ideally suited for the production of high-quality products.

Our ABS sheets are not UV-resistant, but can be lacquered so that they are protected against UV radiation and weathering and can also be used outdoors.

NOTE: We recommend that you only remove the protective film on one side after the and processing is complete, in order to avoid undesirable scratches on the smooth surface.
