High-quality white coloured ABS panels

Our plastic sheets made of completely solid-coloured white ABS plastic also have the same colour as the surfaces on the cut edges. The surfaces of our white ABS sheets are smooth and protected on one side by protective film and are available in thicknesses from 1mm to 10mm.

The sheets have the high impact strength typical of ABS and are therefore ideally suited for the production of stable, impact-resistant mouldings and underlays.

To get ABS sheets in white in your desired size, simply enter your desired thickness, as well as the required width and length of the sheet in millimetres. Our cutting calculator will then calculate the respective conditions depending on the thickness, format and quantity. Your desired cut will be made on a modern CNC-controlled panel saw. The sawing tolerance of your cuts is only +/-1mm.

Processing of our ABS sheets in white

Our white ABS sheets can be processed excellently and can be machined with standard tools without any problems, such as milling, drilling or sawing. Deep-drawing (vacuum forming) is also no problem with our white ABS sheets and therefore ideally suited for the manufacture of high-quality products. We also have suitable adhesives in transparent or white for bonding the ABS sheets.

Our ABS sheets are not UV-resistant and turn yellow over time when exposed to direct sunlight. In order to still use the impact-resistant ABS sheets outdoors, they can be lacquered so that the UV radiation no longer has a direct effect on the plastic surface.

NOTE: We recommend that you always remove the protective film on one side only after you have finished working and processing, in order to avoid unwanted scratches on the white, smooth surface.
