Aluminium composite panels in white - ideal for direct printing

Our aluminium composite panels made of high-quality aluminium with a white surface in 3mm thickness have a gloss level of approx. 30%. The approx. 0.2 mm thick aluminium surface layers are stove-enamelled in matt white on both sides and are supplied by us with a robust protective film on both sides. Aluminium composite panels are produced in a sandwich construction and are therefore often referred to as aluminium sandwich panels. Like all our aluminium composite panels, our white aluminium composite panels also have a black polyethylene core (PE). However, this is only visible at the cut edges or milled edges.

This product is a very stiff and stable sandwich panel. The aluminium composite panels are provided with a protective film on both sides to protect the high-quality white surface from scratches during processing. The foil can be removed very easily after processing.

Processing of our aluminium composite panels in white

Aluminium composite panels, such as our composite panels in white, can be processed with conventional tools from the DIY store and can be drilled through with a cordless screwdriver without any problems. Sawing and milling are also no problem with the easy-to-process aluminium composite panels. For long, straight cuts, we recommend using a hand-held circular saw.

Our white aluminium composite panels can be excellently painted. The stable, unbreakable sandwich panels can also be covered with a coloured film or a digital print on film. Even direct printing on the composite panel itself, provided the appropriate printer is available, can be carried out thanks to the matt, white surface.

Aluminium composite panels are UV and weather resistant and are therefore perfect if you need waterproof or weatherproof panels with high rigidity and a high-quality surface.

Our white aluminium composite panels with a low dead weight compared to panels made of solid aluminium, can be bonded excellently. The matching adhesive, such as our Parabond 600 in White, can of course also be found in our online shop.

NOTE: We recommend that the protective film(s) is/are not removed until machining and processing is complete, in order to avoid unwanted scratches on the surface.
