Modern and visually attractive surfaces such as brushed aluminum are currently in demand as never before. Today it is simply the trend to equip the home, kitchen, bathroom or living room or the home garden with high-quality surfaces. This certainly includes the look of brushed aluminum. This surface, which is visually similar to brushed stainless steel, attracts attention like a magnet. But dealing with pure aluminum is not easy and it's a costly business.

For this reason, we recommend our high-quality aluminum sandwich sheets, which, in contrast to brushed stainless steel panels, are not only much cheaper, they are also much easier to handle during processing. These consist of several layers in a sandwich construction. The base consists of a black PE core, which is covered on both sides with silver aluminum. The aluminum surface is brushed on both sides with this high quality product. In this way, a very stiff but still very lightweight sandwich panel, which can be processed excellently, is created. The aluminum sandwich panels are very easy to glue, drill or saw. With these innovative sandwich panels, many wishes can be realized quickly and inexpensively.

NOTE: The brushing direction always refers to the long side of the blank (first input field) of our aluminum sandwich panels. With a length of 1000mm and a width of 600mm, this means that the brush extends from left to right over the long side of 1000mm. When entering a length of 500mm and entering a width of 1000mm, the brushing extends over a length of 500mm from left to right.

We saw your desired formats with millimeter accuracy for you. On request we can offer you the plates CNC milled. When milling, any contours, breakouts, holes (for example cutouts for plugs in the tile mirror of your kitchen) and countersinks can be created very precisely. For this we only need a sketch from you.

This product is a very stiff and stable sandwich panel. The surfaces are protected on both sides by protective film. The foil is very easy to peel off from the surface. The brushed surface structure of our aluminum composite panels has a particularly beautiful and intense structure, which is hardly available on the market.

Processing of brushed aluminum sandwich panels

Aluminum sandwich panels, such as our sandwich panels with a brushed aluminum surface in an attractive stainless steel look, can be easily drilled with standard cordless screwdrivers. Even sawing with a jigsaw or circular saw from the hardware store is not a problem. For straight cuts, we recommend that you saw them with a table saw with a stop, or you can simply use our cutting service and you get your aluminum sandwich panels accurate to the millimeter according to your specifications.

Aluminum sandwich panels do not rust and are weather-resistant, so you can use the noble surface of brushed aluminum also outside, for example as balcony sun protection or as fence elements.

Furthermore, our sandwich panels can be easily painted, printed (for this we recommend our aluminum sandwich panels in white), laminated, this means stick with a foil or a digital print, milling, grinding, drilling, sawing or gluing (of course we also offer professional adhesives and sealants in our Online-Shop).

NOTE: We recommend to remove the protective film(s) only after completion of the processing, in order to avoid unwanted scratches on the surface.
