New location, new opportunities, new goals

More space, more products, more machines. Find out what advantages the move to a significantly larger location offers and how you can benefit from it.

The relocation of a company, including massive machinery, stored materials and offices, is a major organisational task and must be well prepared. Not only so that the move goes off without a hitch, but also so that production can continue as seamlessly as possible in parallel. Over the last few months, we have carefully planned the procedure to ensure that the move goes smoothly and as quickly as possible. We cannot wait to roll up our sleeves and get started, but first things first.

Our marketing department, which is currently operating externally in Kleve due to an extreme lack of space, is making a start and will already pack up the desks and computers and move into the new as well as spacious offices in a few weeks.

The relocation of production involves much more effort, because existing machines have to be loaded with heavy-duty cranes and transported by lorries. Our largest machine has a floor space of about 50m², which corresponds to the size of an average single flat. Of course, these dimensions have to be loaded and transported professionally. The mobile heavy-duty crane needed for this must have a high load capacity of at least 10t. The stored goods must also be packed and transported. From small parts such as screws, rivets and silicone cartridges to large plastic sheets, everything is driven to Kranenburg and sorted there into our separate high-bay warehouse so that the goods can be packed and set off on their journey to you without much time or searching. We will endeavour to document this exciting event and provide you with insights worth seeing on the social media platforms Instagram, Facebook and our blog.

In addition, it is planned that our machinery at the new location will be expanded by at least one new CNC panel saw, as well as additional CNC portal milling machines. CNC machines are machine tools that, through the use of control technology, are capable of producing workpieces with high precision, even in complex shapes.

The acrylic glass department will remain the only part with all saws, lasers and everything that belongs to this area in the company's own hall in Goch. Since the other departments are moving completely to Kranenburg, Goch will have more space for CO² lasers for clean cutting to the millimetre and for an extensive selection of acrylic glass sheets.

With the move to the new, significantly larger location in Kranenburg, there will be many advantages

The spacious offices offer plenty of room and a pleasant ambience in which it is possible to work creatively, as well as with concentration. In addition, the premises offer space for new employees, which will allow us to enlarge our team and thus process work that arises even more quickly. It is with great pleasure that we have already welcomed two new employees in production, a copywriter and a product manager to our team.

Through these newly created jobs, we have been able to increase the size of our team.

Thanks to these newly created capacities, we will be able to produce detailed information material for you in a timely manner. Blog and social media posts will be written by our new copywriter from now on to keep you up to date, inspire you and give you deeper insights into our company and philosophy. Our newsletter will also be written at regular intervals and sent automatically, so you will always be well informed about products and news.

Another advantage of the move is that all departments, from marketing and customer service to the warehouse and production, are under one roof. This allows us to improve the exchange of information and ideas between the different departments. As a result, we are able to communicate optimally within the entire team and thus ensure faster processing as well as optimisation of the workflows.

More space for us, more choice for you

At the new location, we have considerably more production space available than at the previous site in Goch. Compared to the two halls in Goch, our production area at the new location in Kranenburg is almost twice as large. The space thus gained offers us the conditions for the acquisition of further machines, such as milling and filling systems, among others. These possibilities favour the expansion of our product range.

The expanded storage space offers room for many new products and thus a significantly larger selection, so that you will always find what you are looking for at our company.

In particular, we will expand the selection of our HPL panels. HPL boards are compact boards made of wood fibres pressed together under high pressure, which are laminated with environmentally safe resin top layers. We will offer these high-quality boards in an extended range of decors, colours and thicknesses. The weather-resistant and extremely bend-resistant material is insensitive to scratches and impact-resistant, and at the same time it is a modern and decorative solution for numerous projects both indoors and outdoors. Of course, you will receive the HPL panels from us in millimetre-precise cuts.

Separate high-bay storage for small materials

High-bay storage as a magazine for adhesives, silicones and assembly materials favours orderly storage and faster and more targeted processing of your order, whereupon you receive your products even more promptly.

You can also look forward to the MEKO-free and environmentally friendly alkoxy-based premium silicone SilikonProfi from our own brand S-Polybond, which should be available in our shop soon. The silicone is offered in a wide range of colours with RAL colour coding, so you will find the perfect colour-matched sealant and adhesive for your project.

Of course, we are planning to add more high-quality products to our range in order to always offer you an extensive selection.
