All plastic sheets we offer in the standard format of 2000mm by 1000mm are dispatched within one week. Depending on the plastic, thin sheets up to a maximum thickness of 2mm can be rolled and sent as a parcel. Thicker sheets or plastics that cannot be rolled are delivered on a pallet by a freight forwarder.
The shipping time for our custom-cut plastic sheets is usually 2–3 working days from the time of order. In rare cases, shipping may take up to a week. This applies to plastics that we do not stock as standard in our production facility warehouse and must request from our central warehouse before your plastic sheets can be cut to size. For details on the delivery time for our individual custom-cut plastics, please refer to the respective product description. Please note that the delivery time is calculated as the delivery time plus the shipping time for delivery by the shipping service provider.
The shipping time for our cut-to-size aluminium profiles is usually 2–3 working days from the time of order. Our patio roofs are shipped within 8 to 12 weeks of the order being placed, once the profiles have been cut to size and the individual items have been picked. The actual delivery time depends on the region and the schedule of the shipping company delivering the canopy, as the components are loaded and unloaded individually by hand. The possible delivery date can be requested from the shipping service provider before placing an order.
In principle, all other products in our online shop are handed over for dispatch within 1–2 working days. However, orders that include plastic sheets with a delivery time of one week are dispatched together for economic reasons, which means that the delivery time for assembly materials, adhesives, silicones or welding wires is also increased accordingly.
You will receive an automated email for each order as soon as the order has been handed over for dispatch. If the shipment is made via DHL, you will receive an email from DHL with a tracking number, which you can use to check the current status of the shipment at any time. If the shipment is handled by our partner shipping company, you will receive an email with a corresponding shipping number from the shipping company, which can be used to track the shipment.
Standard shipping with DHL usually takes place within 48 hours from the time the order was registered for shipment. However, we cannot provide information on the exact duration of delivery or the delivery time. Exceptions to this are special shipping methods such as DHL Express, which have a correspondingly shorter shipping time. Basic information on shipping times can be found on the DHL partner website.
The shipping time with our partner shipping company Kühne & Nagel is usually 48 hours from the time the pallet is registered for shipment. However, we cannot influence the exact shipping time or the time of delivery.
If you choose to pay in advance, your order will only be processed once payment has been received. This means that the delivery time will be extended by the amount of time required for the advance transfer of the invoice amount.
In rare cases, there may be a delay in delivery by the shipping company. Please understand that we have no influence on the shipping time once the shipment has been handed over to the shipping company. In such cases, please contact the respective shipping company, which was notified to you by e-mail, quoting the tracking number.
