Parabond 600 in black - sealing and bonding in one step

MS-Polymer Parabond 600 in deep black is an adhesive and sealant with very high initial adhesion and a tensile strength of 300 g/cm². Once fully cured, Parabond 600 black has a shear strength of an enormous 32kg/cm² and a tensile strength of 24kg/cm² making it the perfect adhesive (and sealant) when enormous bond strength is required. Temperature resistance after curing is between -40°C and +90°C. Parabond 600 is not sensitive to frost and is also resistant to moisture, UV and weathering and is therefore suitable for use both indoors and outdoors.

Parabond 600 in black is subject to constant quality control before and during filling to ensure consistent quality in terms of colour, viscosity and tack.

Parabond 600 bonds without primer to almost all materials used in construction, such as aluminium, galvanised and stainless steel, zinc, copper, natural stone, concrete, brick, cement-based exterior cladding panels, solid core panels, untreated wood, plaster, glass, glaze, various plastics and many more.

Processing Parabond 600 in Black

Parabond 600 in black should be processed at temperatures between +5°C and +40°C. Due to the very good flow properties of this MS polymer, Parabond 600 can be applied without great effort using a traditional application gun. The part to be bonded should be applied as soon as possible, but within 10 minutes at the latest, due to the relatively rapid skin formation and the high initial adhesion.

NOTE: Parabond 600 is not suitable for bonding to PE, PP, PA (nylon) and PTFE (Teflon).
