The shipping costs for parcel shipping abroad depend on the number of parcels and the delivery address.
For orders containing plastic pipes or aluminium profiles, standard shipping is no longer possible due to the bulky goods dimensions, so long parcels are charged at 19.90 euros incl. VAT per parcel (except France). The consignment can also consist of several parcels for plastic pipes and profiles. However, the shipping costs are calculated precisely on the basis of the maximum permitted parcel weight of 30 kg including packaging.
The listed prices for parcel shipping always include additional costs for packaging, tolls of the countries and possible surcharges of the shipping service providers. Delivery to islands in the countries listed, as well as to other countries within or outside the EU, is possible on request.
For all orders for which parcel shipping is not possible for logistical reasons or for which a consignment consists of more than 3 parcels, shipping is carried out on a one-way pallet with a forwarding agent. This applies in particular to products whose dimensions exceed the maximum permissible belt size 1 exceeds 2.8 metres. In individual cases, dispatch as a parcel is possible. This applies, for example, to standard boards with a low thickness, which can be delivered as a roll in a parcel. The costs for shipping by forwarding agent are staggered according to weight. For all orders whose total weight exceeds 10 kg, standard shipping applies as a standard parcel. Depending on the order, the consignment will be split into a maximum of 3 parcels. The total weight of a single parcel including packaging material must not exceed 30 kg. The shipping costs for deliveries within Germany are calculated at a one-off charge of 9.95 euros incl. VAT.
From a total value of goods of 100.00 euros, shipping for small parcels and standard parcels within Germany is free of charge.
